Diane is a dedicated vegan and health advocate who transformed her life through food. Having started her health journey in her twenties, Diane has spent over 25 years learning about the benefits of healthy eating. She follows the teachings of food combining, the principles in Diet for a New America by John Robbins, and raw vegan principles, all of which have led her to lose 62 pounds and feel better than ever. For Diane, cooking nourishing meals for herself and others is a form of love—a way to care for her body and inspire others to live healthier lives too.
